Apartment de Paradiso, CBD Pluit - Jakarta

Following their successful project, Matoa Residence in Jakarta Selatan, the regional state-owned company of Jakarta, JAKARTA PROPERTINDO (JAKPRO) launches their new residential project: APARTMENT DE PARADISO.


Apartment de Paradiso is part of the mixed use development CBD PLUIT. It’s a collaborative project between JAKPRO and AGUNG SEDAYU GROUP which earlier has constructed MAL PLUIT JUNCTION and EMPORIUM PLUIT shopping mall.
Addressed in Jalan Pluit Selatan No 1, Pluit – Jakarta Utara, the middle-class apartment will consist of two towers with total of 638 units. Tower A will have 16 units on each floor while 22 units will be on each floor of Tower B.

Apartment de Paradiso has a unique seling point as the units are sold unfinished.
Riko Perlambang, Operational and Development Director of Jakpro explained,
“We see many customers are not satisfied with the material selected by developer and remodel the apartment units upon their suitable taste. So, we sold the unit unfinished and let the customer choose the finishing material themselves. This strategy could minimize the selling price. For your information, we sell 42-square-meter-unit for only IDR 300 million (approxiamtely US $28.571).”
Apartment de Paradiso can be achieved through toll road, either to downtown or airport (International Airport Soekarno-Hatta). It has easy access; close to public transport ‘Busway’ stop, as well as the future executive train station (to be operated in 2010).
