Cambridge Condominium, the Tallest Building in Sumatera

In Jakarta, BNI Tower, Lippo St Moritz and Jakarta Tower are head to head to be the Indonesia’s tallest building. How about in another islands of Indonesia?
In Medan, the third biggest city of Indonesia, Cambridge The Luxurious Mall & Condominium is about to claim the “title” of the tallest building in Sumatera Island.

With 23 floors and 108 meters height, the mixed use development project by PT Global Medan Town Square will consist of luxurious shopping mall, condominium and 5-star hotel. Cambridge The Luxurious Mall and Condominium will comprise four-storey-basement, six-storey-podium and four 18-storey towers. Three towers are for condominium i.e. Mozart Tower, Newton Tower and Picasso Tower while one tower is for the hotel operated by Grand Swiss-Bel International Hotel.


Concept of mixing business and residential at one place will create a mutual synergy between the residents of condominium and the retailers at the shopping mall.

The uses of the buildings are:
  • Shopping Mall at ground, 1st and 2nd floor
  • Parking area for Shopping Mall’s Customers at the basements, 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor.
  • Parking area for condominium’s residents at 3rd, 4th and 5th floor.
  • International Standard Facilities at 6th floor, 7,000 m2 including sports center, swimming pool, library, and 150-person-capacity auditorium.
  • Condominiums at 7th – 23rd floor (Mozart Tower, Newton Tower and Picasso Tower)
  • Five-star hotel at 7th – 23rd floor (Swis-Bel Hotel Tower)
